  • Perform FP&A reporting to management on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including 3-year Strategy Planning and Budget
  • Act as a key business partner to the Plant Manager, handling ad-hoc tasks, updating plant and Aerospace leadership on financial implications of business decisions
  • Oversee 3-Year Strategy Planning process, collaborating with Commercial, Engineering, and Operations functions to present to Aerospace leadership and create long-term financials
  • Ownership of Budget process, collaborating with plant leadership to set direction and financial targets
  • Direct monthly forecasting process
  • Oversee monthly close process
  • Manage and enhance Internal Controls and Procedures
  • Assist with monthly SIOP process
  • Ensure Compliance with GAAP and SOX
  • Responsible for profit-and-loss management of around $100 Million operation
  • Educate non-financial leaders on financial concepts
  • Collaborate with other functions, offering primary financial support for plant projects
  • Provide support and guidance to plant leadership regarding product line profitability

Job Requirements

Capabilities and Success Factors

  • This position requires the applicant to be a US Person with US permanent residence. A US Person is a US Citizen or Green card holder.
  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance
  • MBA and/or CPA preferred
  • At least 8 years of accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Previous Controller experience in a manufacturing environment with multi-site responsibility is advantageous
  • Strong expertise in ERP systems
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Accurate, Detailed, and Results-oriented
