As Plant Manufacturing Engineering Manageryou will be responsible of ensure the correct deployment of the technical requirements of the product and manufacturing means and the implementation of maintenance plans and development of technical improvements.
Your responsibilities will include:
Ensures plant readiness to launch successful new programs. Ensures series production meets customer and FES requirements. Manages and report key Plant ME indicators. Supports productions and project teams in terms of lay out, material flow, equipment, processes and standardised work. Controls industrial performance including productivity, supports standardisation process, develops productivity, safety, quality improvements plans, prepares and implements investments. Mange maintenance department. Industrial Development activities of the Program within a Plant, management of launch activities at the Plant, report to Plant Manager.Key requirements:
3 years of experience in production area Preferably a Master's degree in engineering or applicable work experience Trained in Faurecia Excellence System and Program Management System Experience in program launch Experience in maintenance program Proficient level of EnglishLeadership Competencies:
