TECA & Sport (Depuy Synthes), a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a
Planning Analyst, Supply Network Planning , to be located in Juarez, Mexico.


KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain multiple reports driving planning decisions
  • Identify gaps between current plans and commercial commitments, drive possible gap closing initiatives and highlight the risks and opportunities,
  • Support business/ scenario planning month horizon), inventory, impact of NPIs (bridge with Demand & Production Planning),
  • Partner with manufacturing and production planning team to drive volume and mix requirements,
  • Analyze inventory levels to meet business plans and ensure defined service levels.
  • Support preparation of master schedule and ensure timely completion of work orders for manufacturing.
  • Provide weekly and daily production prioritization.
  • Create and maintain data integrity report to ensure clean planning signals.
  • Resolve Account Payable Issues

Qualifications:

EDUCATION

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
  • An advanced degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Statistics, and Engineering is preferred.
  • Certified in production and inventory management (CPIM) or certified in supply chain planning (CSCP) is desirable.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • A minimum of 3 (3) years of proven experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain and/or Logistics is required.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • High proficiency with Microsoft software packages (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Process excellence (Lean, 6sigma), project management an asset.
  • Strong analytical skill sets in MS Office (Excel modeling, VBA, Macros) is preferred.
  • Demand, Supply or Inventory Planning experience is preferred.
  • Experience with SAP (ERP/APO) is preferred.
  • Proven process experience in demand & supply, inventory management & inventory entitlement, scenario analysis, S&OP/IBP process is preferred.

OTHER:

  • Requires up to 10% traveling.
