Propósito del puesto:


El rol de Comprador líder de categoría (CLB) - Abastecimiento de servicios profesionales corporativos (CPS) se creó como parte del Equipo de adquisiciones de las Américas de Global Business Support (GBS) con sede en México para apoyar a las partes interesadas internas y externas en América del Norte y América Latina.

El rol de CLB - Sourcing CPS será responsable de realizar proyectos de abastecimiento y licitaciones, actividades de compradores dentro de las categorías/subcategorías asignadas en CPS (Publicidad y comunicaciones, administrativos, servicios y beneficios de recursos humanos, consultoría y viajes, gestión de flotas, supervisión del gasto de CPS de $ 50 millones, respaldar categorías de G&A a pedido, liderar la implementación de políticas y estrategias de gestión de categorías locales y globales, estudiar el comportamiento competitivo y realizar negociaciones y administración de contratos.

Algunas de tus funciones serán:


Implementar la estrategia de categoría en estrecha colaboración con los gerentes de categoría de adquisiciones de Global ENGIE, incluida una estrategia de categoría cruzada en el contexto de un proyecto, con el objetivo de obtener las mejores condiciones comerciales para satisfacer las necesidades operativas definidas por el cliente.


Desarrolle e implemente un plan de categorías mediante el análisis de gastos, las condiciones del mercado, identifique los desafíos/oportunidades potenciales de oferta y demanda, monitoree los avances tecnológicos en el sector CPS (Publicidad y comunicaciones, administrativos, servicios y beneficios de recursos humanos, consultoría, viajes) en América del Norte y América del Sur.

Ejecutar los procesos de licitación dentro de la Plataforma de Abastecimiento Ariba (según umbral) para la contratación de servicios Estratégicos con proveedores/organizaciones nacionales/internacionales debidamente calificados, para lograr contratos que respondan a los requerimientos planteados por los clientes internos, asegurando el cumplimiento de compras, legal, seguridad, tiempo, estándares técnicos y económicos y asegura la entrega y finalización oportuna de proyectos para la categoría CPS; y aprovechar la amplia red (interna y externamente) para mantener (NorteAm, LatAm) el conocimiento del mercado y la conciencia de las mejores prácticas.


Perfil Ocupacional y experiência:

  • Fuerte conocimiento de Abastecimiento Estratégico y Gestión de Categorías en CPS (Publicidad y Comunicaciones, Administrativos, Servicios y Beneficios de Recursos Humanos, Consultoría, Viajes).
  • Fuertes habilidades de gestión de proyectos._
- _Capacidad demostrada para ser innovador, liderar e impulsar cambios._
- _Fuertes habilidades de gestión de relaciones, habilidades de presentación, la capacidad de comunicarse de manera efectiva, tanto escrita como verbal, y colaborar con la alta dirección._
- _Sólida experiência en abastecimiento internacional, especialmente en Norteamérica y LatAm._
- _Capacidad para administrar múltiples proyectos y establecer objetivos y responsabilidades claros para garantizar una entrega exitosa (a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto, con un alto grado de precisión)._
- _Habilidades avanzadas de sistemas y conocimiento práctico de MS Office, con conocimientos avanzados de Excel, SAP MM, ARIBA Sourcing Network and Contract, Coupa P2P y Sourcing_
- _Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno colaborativo y orientado al equipo en todas las regiones de ENGIE Americas._
- _Debe estar orientado a los detalles, ser analítico, capaz de trabajar bien dentro de los plazos en un entorno cambiante y capaz de realizar múltiples tareas de manera efectiva._
