Key Responsibilities:

  • To follow up and report Service Lane Sales Channel Performance Service View (Urban Science)
  • Manager as BI platform for Retention Follow Up with Dealer Network Service Lane KPIs Reporting and Follow Up (#ROs, Ticket Average, Retention, etc.)
  • Fixed Absorption KPI follow up, and improvement strategies creation in synergy with CQ&DND
  • To participate actively in the creation of Aftersales Business Plan regarding Service Lane Sell Out per Dealer, Region and National figures, as well as monthly follow up, understanding strategic plan. Business Planning, Forecasting and MTP operational responsible for Service Lane.
  • Top Management reporting regarding BP figures at Local, Regional o Global level.
  • Field Performance Support for daily operation and ongoing performance monitoring in order to asses operational trends and ensure Aftersales' Objectives accomplishment, through KPIs analyzes (Sell In, Sell Out, etc.)
  • To identify potential risk & opportunities within commercial operations based on daily performance trend analysis.
  • Business Intelligence support for Field Force Team in order to generate follow up reports & consultancy tools for performance tracking.
  • Service Retention KPI planning and performance in synergy with CRM and Planning, with focus on Repair Orders (ROs) volume and Service Lane channel performance.
  • Dealer Target setting process support per Dealer coordination & deliverable for main Operational KPIs.

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Automotive System Engineering

Previous Work Experience

  • 3 or years of corporate financial & business analysis or planning.
  • Experience in automotive industry is highly valued.
  • Analytical and detail oriented, with strong problemsolving skills and the ability to resolve complex problems positively and professionally.
  • Relational database understanding and database usage skills required.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is helpful.
  • Experience in vendor management and Advertising Agencies is desirable (trade marking or brand marketing)

  • Language: Advanced English
  • Travel: 20%
  • Must have: Analytical thinking, detail oriented and Task oriented
  • Demonstrates a positive sense of urgency.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Power Point.
  • Nice to have: Vendor & Business Partners management (internal & external customers)
