Job Description: Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities.

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Multidisciplinary Technician:

* Work Location: Vía Corta Sta Ana-Puebla 1602, Estocapa, 90760 Santa Catarina Ayometla, Tlaxcala

* Working Hours: 3pm to 12am, 10pm to 7am, 7am to 5pm, 9am to 6pm, Weekday rest days (1 to 2 depending on weekly hours, possibly even on weekends)

* Work Mode: On-site

* Type of Hiring: Fixed-term contract

What Your Day-to-Day Involves?

• Checking lighting systems and replacing necessary bulbs; completing special tasks including: painting, locksmith work, addressing user service requests, basic carpentry, carpet repairs and replacements, rooftop maintenance, floor and wall repairs, general maintenance.
• Performing periodic maintenance and attending to faults in hydrosanitary systems, such as repairs and maintenance of fixtures, unclogging sinks, toilets, and drains; with experience in repairing and installing PVC and copper pipes up to 1".
• Supporting other team members in the repair and maintenance of building equipment.
• Complying with safety policies for the storage, use, and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Generating organized records of completed work.

Desired Experience and Technical Skills:

• High School or Higher Education.
• 1 year of experience in General Maintenance.
