Digital Product Owner

This is how you WOW:
- Be the daytoday lead for business users, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and ensure effective communication.
- Utilize agile methodologies to drive the product design process and lead a hybrid approach to project management, incorporating ideals from agile methodology.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, and QA analysts, to define the vision, roadmap, and user stories for digital products, ensuring successful implementation and integration of solutions.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that user requests are welldefined, estimated, documented, and aligned with business goals. Continuously groom and refine the backlog based on feedback and changing requirements.
- Lead and participate in a hybrid approach to project management, incorporating ideals from agile methodology for successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely delivery of highquality digital products. Maximize the value delivered by the product through effective prioritization and tradeoff decisions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, align product features with business goals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Product development and UX topics, showcasing a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX concepts.
- 4+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous, along with a strong business understanding of sales processes.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience where Project Management was a significant part of your role.
- Proficient knowledge of API communications.
- Strong expertise in usercentered design principles and methodologies.
- A BA/MA degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field.
- Willingness and ability to travel to different Karcher facilities in support of team development or general activities.
