Responsibilities

The Role

As a LATAM GBS Co-Man and Cost Model Consolidation Senior Analyst, you play a vital role in the direct profit planning and control for LATAM. You will oversee a world-class Global Business Service (GBS) for the Andean countries, focusing on cost analysis, modeling, and consolidation. Collaborate with commercial finance teams, provide accurate information for decision-making processes, and ensure the fulfillment of cost SLAs.

Your Contribution

  • Provide outstanding service to GBS Finance clients within SLA guidelines, managing cost and model consolidation.
  • Assist OU commercial finance in understanding LATAM costs, identifying key drivers, and offering timely information for decision support.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, aligning with Supply Chain Finance and Operations on cost updates.
  • Analyze actuals, assess risks and opportunities, and ensure alignment between productivity and cost planning models.
Qualifications

Who We Seek

  • Education: Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel, Power Point, Spanish/English fluency (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Understanding of P&L and financial models, strategic planning, and collaboration across diverse teams.
