JOB SUMMARY This position performs service, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting.

JOB DUTIES Services, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systemsDetermines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairsAlways maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each jobConveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while drivingWears floor savers while in the client's homeMaintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outsideMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Hands-on Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Senior Air Conditioning Technician

Preferred Education & Certifications:
EPA 608 Universal Certification.
NATE certification (desired but not necessary).

Project Experience:
Track record of successful HVAC system installations.
Must display strong communication skills and technical competence.
Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen.
Clean driving record.

Desired:
bilingual (English and Spanish).
