Lo que implica este trabajo, será responsable de planificar, gestionar y administrar los servicios y la entrega oportuna de soluciones al interior de la organización y hacia el cliente.

Este rol es responsable de:

¿Cuál es tu día a día?

Planificar, gestionar y administrar los servicios y la entrega oportuna de soluciones al interior de la organización y hacia el cliente.


Dentro de las principales funciones destacamos:
Encargado de las relaciones de los empleados al interior de la empresa y con el cliente. Generar, mantener e incrementar el nível de satisfacción de los empleados.

Ejecutar tareas de administración centradas en las políticas de la empresa y el cliente, planificación de decisiones estratégicas incluyendo el análisis de encuestas o la comparación del rendimiento del personal.

Registrar la contratación, el cese y los cambios de personal. Supervisar la entrada y el cese del empleado en la empresa. Procesar el absentismo de los empleados. Registrar los horarios de trabajo.
Buscar y hacer seguimiento de oportunidades comerciales. Coordinar, generar y llevar a cabo las reuniones de informes y avance con la Dirección del cliente.

Garantizar que las operaciones a cargo cumplan con el alcance, velocidad y tiempo de entrega, requerimientos de calidad y servicio al cliente.

Asegurar el cumplimiento de las condiciones contractuales con diferentes proveedores/clientes, detectando desvíos y definiendo planes de acción

Responsable de la generación de remesas para pago a proveedores, generación y control del presupuesto anual, gestionar y mantener en control las finanzas, CXP y CXC.

Coordinación de eventos de seguridad y protección civil tales como: simulacros y/o contingencias.

Supervisión de las pruebas especificadas en contratos, para la comprobación de todas las características de la instalación y su ajuste a normas.

Bajo su responsabilidad se ejecutarán las labores de la operación del proyecto/sitio, ser consistente en la ejecución física de la instalación y la puesta a punto del sistema para su correcta operatividad.

Proponer la estructura organizativa que mejor se adecúa a la estrategia. Será responsable de la calidad final de los trabajos. Responsable de la evaluación de riesgos en la operación y finanzas.

Generación de reportes ejecutivos e informes al interior de la organización y al cliente: operativos, financieros, Control de la documentación física y electrónica relativa al sitio/cliente: contratos, remesas, permisos, licencias.

Se requiere

Deseable:
Ing. Industrial, Ing. Mecánico, Ing. Civil, Arquitectura, Lic. En Administración o carrera a fin. Titulado. Pasante.

Experiência:
Mínimo 3 años en puesto similar
Deseable certificación con Herramientas de gestión de mantenimiento y administración de activos. Certificaciones expedidas por la STPS.
