RESUMEN DEL PUESTO
Administra y Asegura los MAPP (MANUFACTURING ADVANCED PREPARATION PROCESS).

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES

  • Administra las plataformas de programas durante sus procesos de prototipos, producción, arranques de producción masiva, para dirigir a su equipo interdepartamental.
  • Asigna y distribuye las actividades de trabajo diarias de su personal de acuerdo con las necesidades del departamento para asegurar que se cumple con las normas de calidad requeridas.
  • Coordina y lidera juntas periódicas (diaria o semanal) de seguimiento a los programas de manera interna entre departamentos (materiales, ingenierías, producción, calidad, mantenimiento).
  • Coordina y administra todas las etapas de prototipos y reproducciones
  • Coordina y administra el lanzamiento de producción
  • Coordina las visitas de cliente en sus etapas de pilotos y lanzamientos de producción.
  • Supervisa y vigila que se respeten las implementaciones en base a las cargas de proceso que asigna el departamento de manufactura para cumplir con las fechas requeridas y calidad.
  • Se capacita en educación de calidad y en todo lo referente al sistema de administración ambiental y pone en práctica los conocimientos adquiridos en todas sus tareas y actividades, utilizando las herramientas y técnicas de proceso de mejoramiento de la calidad y del mejoramiento del medio ambiente, teniendo como meta lograr la excelencia.
  • Participa con el departamento de capacitación compartiendo sus conocimientos, impartiendo cursos y/o pláticas cuando así le sea requerido.
  • Participa y colabora en actividades relacionadas con la conservación del medio ambiente (ISO
