Shared Services: Perform analysis, reports, accounting or administrative activities fulfilling corporate policies, internal procedures; identify simplification or automation opportunities on the daily activities and processes; identify and communicate process issues and opportunities to the supervisor; execute activities related to continuous improvement projects or special information requests.

Leasing:

  • To analyze contract information.
  • To analyze lease vs buy exercise.
  • Determine if according to corporate policy it is a capital or an operating lease.
  • Get the financial information related with it (Purchase Order, Non Purchase Order, Vendor, Account, Cost Center, prepayment,)
  • Taxes validation according to the region.

  • Expense Reconciliation.
  • BPC Reconciliation.
  • Managepath Reconciliation.
  • TIGR Reconciliation.
  • Corporate and Contract Owners.
  • Lease Summary Report.
  • Forecast for cash flow accounts.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • Related and 1 to 2 year of experience.
  • Must have strong PC skills with an emphasis on Excel (macros, pivot tables).
  • Desirable knowledge of SAP and other financial planning systems.
  • Must have strong analytical and communication skills and be detailoriented.
  • Strong Service attitude.
  • English: Advanced written and verbal.
