As a Team Leader, Order Management you lead the order management team in being able to meet our goals for order fulfillment and sales and service support.

Your role two major components, on the one side you lead the team and support a continued improvement process and on the other side you process orders together with the team.

As Team Leader, you are customer oriented, and process driven.

Additionally, you will need SAP knowledge, excellent communication between departments, and a very high standard of quality in order to meet the various policies, regulations and guidelines.


Responsibilities:

Team Leader (about 50%)

  • Be responsible for the Order Management Team in Mexico
  • Conduct regular meetings to drive the communication, review tasks and support in escalations
  • Be responsible that the team applies current policies and regulations and provide high quality of work
  • Support the management team in a continuous improvement process and developing the employees according to their strengths
  • Collaboration with relevant business partners, groups, departments
Order Management (about 50%)

  • Be responsible for processing the sales orders in SAP.
  • Complete order checks in SAP, CRM system (SFDC) and other tools in order to meet policies and business standards.
  • Communicate and alignment with the respective selling entity, finance and factory to clarify the order for a seamless order execution.
  • Support the factory and revenue team in order to meet the revenue targets
  • Be responsible for margincalculation and support in presales activities if required
  • Backup for sales and service support in the respective country
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business or similar discipline
  • More than five years relevant working experience
  • Experience in sales operations related jobs
  • Experience with international business is of benefit
  • Experience in leadership is of benefit
  • Sense for quality and details
  • Solution oriented and process driven
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Experience of operating SAP and CRM (SFDC)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Selfmotivated and team player
  • Language: English, Spanish
