Team Overview
  • We are on the hunt for a seasoned Manager to take the helm of our Culture & Engagement and Communications teams.
  • This role demands a visionary leader who understands the intricate dance of shaping a vibrant company culture while orchestrating a symphony of clear, compelling communication strategies.
  • Your dual role will be pivotal in amplifying our core values throughout the organization and beyond, as well as in championing a workspace where collaboration, achievement, and employee well-being are the cornerstones of our success.
Role Responsibilities
  • Lead and nurture the Culture & Engagement and Communications teams, ensuring strategic alignment with our organizational mission.
  • Design and implement innovative programs that embed our values into the fabric of our daily operations, enhancing employee engagement and advocacy.
  • Oversee the development of internal and external communication strategies that articulate our brand's story, vision, and achievements.
  • Craft and curate content that captivates and communicates, fostering a narrative that supports our brand and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other department leads to ensure a cohesive approach to employee engagement and corporate communications.
  • Establish metrics for success and evaluate the effectiveness of culture and engagement initiatives and communication strategies, adapting as needed for continuous improvement.
