OBJETIVO:

El Contador Sr.

proveera soporte financier al grupo Corporativo de Contabilidad y es responsible de asistir en la preparacion del reporte financiero corporativo mensual, y hacer el cierre de conciliaciones de cuenta, estado de resultados, analisis de balance y proyectos especiales.


RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Preparar y pubicar las entradas en el diario y revisar las clasificaciones contables, acorde con los US GAAP.
  • Realizar y revisar las entradas en el diario en el Sistema de contabilidad para todas las entradas.
  • Analizar y conciliar las cuentas del libro mayor en preparacion para el cierre de mes, para garantizar la precision y validez de las transacciones contables, los libros y registros de la empresa.
  • Realizar y revisar las conciliaciones de cuentas mensuales de las cuentas de balance de todas las entidades.
  • Crear SOP's.
  • Proveer entrenamiento en los sistemas EPICOR y Dynamics al personal de contabilidad.
  • Desarrollar y administrar las funciones contables en Epicor 10 y Dynamics.
  • Revisar y mejorar los procesos de contabilidad de todas las entidades.
  • Proveer soporte a las otras areas en temas de contabilidad.
  • Preparar analisis de cuentas detallados.
  • Preparacion en tiempo de reportes para la gerencia y otros reportes especiales.
  • Apoyar en el proceso de cierre mensual de 5 dias habiles usando la lista de tareas mensual
  • Ejecutar y participar en proyectos especiales segun sea requerido.
  • Encargado de la coordinacion y coordinacion del inventario Anual
  • Analizar las variaciones de inventario.
  • Preparar y analizar reportes financieros para todas las entidades segun corresponda.
  • Supervisa el paquete de informes financieros mensuales, incluidos los informes complementarios.
  • Trabaja con auditores externos segun sea requerido.
  • Supervisa los requerimientos de cumplimiento con las autoridades fiscales.

Perfil

  • Nível de Ingles, Avanzado (95% escritura y lectura).
  • Licenciatura en Contabilidad.
  • Uso de computadora (Avanzado y competente en Microsoft Office)
  • Experiência: 5 años o mas de experiência en un rol de contabilidad.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicacion bilingue, escruti y verbal con l ahabilidad de trabajar con todos los níveles jerarquicos y empleados.
  • Organizado y capaz de manejar multiples actividades y programas en tiempo y con un alto grado de precision.
  • Debe ser capaz de trabajar bajo presion con una fecha de entrega y debe estar dispuesto a trabajar fuera del horario normal de oficina.
  • Capaz de preparar la conciliación, realizar análisis detallados y preparar estados financieros.
  • Habilidad para aprender software nuevo y aplicaciones.
