YOUR TASKS

  • Supporting overall equipment management post SOP
  • Planning, controlling, and monitoring all maintenance activities related to production equipment at the site to achieve relevant KPIs (e.g., technical availability, preventive maintenance per HELLA standards) and targets
  • Assisting in technical availability enhancement, FPY improvement, and cost efficiency

Maintenance Specialist

Location: Irapuato, Mexico

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Providing timely technical support for troubleshooting malfunctions
  • Creating maintenance schedules and coordinating optimization measures for maintenance, servicing, and repairs (cycles, materials, costs)
  • Developing equipment preventive maintenance instructions
  • Ensuring maintenance aligns with location needs in terms of expertise, availability, shifts, and spare parts
  • University degree with 2-3 years of experience
