Execute Preventive Maintenance routines, Corrective Maintenance(replacement of parts, repair), Projects (additions or modifications ofequipment) and verifications and calibrations.
  • Solve problems and faults in the process control systems and theinstruments used for control, measurement and testing.
  • Perform calibrations of the annual preventive and predictive maintenanceprogram and calibrations as well as initial calibrations to newly acquiredinstruments.
  • Maintain the identification of the calibrated instruments with thecorresponding label.
  • Prepare a report (certificate) for the verification of the measuringinstrument.
  • Register in the OT and in the computerized maintenance system, theactivities carried out, the labor used and the duration.
  • Warehouse MRO material requisitions.
  • Planning priority 0 maintenance work.

  • Basic principles in control of processvariables
  • Principles of electricity, circuits and controlloops.
  • Basic principles in maintenance of automaticcontrol valves.
