  • Garantizar el cumplimiento a estrategias de transporte generadas en TCT (Transportation Control Tower).
  • Responsable de la planeación del transporte propio y Lineas transportistas, cumplimiento a programas de embarque, asegurando que se ejecuten en forma optima en base a servicio, y gasto optimo de distribucion.
  • Deberá asegurar los recursos adecuados para la programación de transporte:
o Tarifario de líneas externas proporcionado por el equipo de abastecimientos. (Negociaciones)

o Cumplimiento a los modelos de planeación dentro de TCT (Jecucion Servicio

  • Costo)
o Uso de gTMS para el diseño de planes de embarque (TBD) Se ejecuta Manual

  • Asegurar la programación y cumplir el objetivos de 100% de Servicio (Cumplimiento a colocación de transporte)
  • Ejecución de los modelos de planeación de transporte TCT | Optimizacion de costos y mejora de servicio.
  • Trabajo colaborativo con transporte regional para seguimiento y cumplimiento planeado así como cumplimiento a estrategias de productividad
  • Comunicación efectiva con los equipos Transporte Regional, Almacen, Servicio, Order management, ventas, respecto a la optimización de procesos, con enfoque a lograr una programación de embarque optima.
  • Administrar los recursos para la ejecución al 100% de planes de embarque (Flora Propia/Tercerizada).
  • Estricto cumplimiento a políticas PepsiCo que involucre el proceso de planeación de transporte.

Qualifications

  • Licenciatura en ingeniería (Transporte / Industrial / Comercio internacional) o a fin (Titulado)
  • Con 1 año de experiência en planeación de transporte
  • Conocimiento en sistemas de gestion y monitoreo de transporte | SAP | TMS | One Network. (Deseable)
  • Conocimiento de Transporte Terrestre (Normatividad SCT México, Gestion documental, Corredores del sistema carreteros etc)
  • Políticas y Procedimientos Pepsico (Seguridad, Calidad, Compras, etc)
  • Ingles conversacional (Deseable)

Non Technical Skills
