Day-to-Day as Sales & Marketing Analyst:

  • Develop and standardize reporting for weekly, mos. quarterly and annual sales reporting including dashboards and presentations.
  • Manage and input results, proposals, and specifications in brand license portals
  • Manage the sales process and document all activities relating to new customers and new sales promotion opportunities.
  • Manage the new product introduction details linking the specific requirements for each retailer with the data gathered and reported by product marketing and sourcing.
  • Assist in the weekly reporting and analyzing of category POS reports from each customer.
  • Work directly with customers to receive key category POS information and suggest orders and product changes.
  • Develop electronic database of all product USP's and listing data with requirements for each of the top 5 NewAir etailers
  • Improve weekly reporting of the CAP List and the New Product tracker to maintain clarity in communication,
  • Manage, improve, document, and warehouse the deal review process.
  • Manage and communicate customer pricing on a quarterly basis and standardize the communication of new product and seasonal product additions.
  • Solicit, gather, and consolidate competitive information and news to entire organization
  • Solicit, gather, and consolidate data on NewAir end consumers to entire organization
  • Plan and direct mos. reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

Accomplishments of a Sales & Marketing Analyst:

  • Expert level understanding of MS Excel
  • Expert level or ability to quickly achieve expert level understanding of MS Outlook, Word, Teams, One Note and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Have owned end to end executive level reporting specifically mining vast amounts of data in multiple systems
  • Strong communication skills (fluent English)
  • 23 years' experience with analytics in a financial or operations environment
  • CRM familiarity and ability to learn and implement a basic CRM solution
  • NetSuite experience preferred
