  • Se adhiere a los comportamientos fundamentales de la compañía, así como a los requerimientos de seguridad y calidad.
  • Opera maquinaria CNC utilizada en la manufactura de productos bajo supervisión moderada del líder maquinista.
  • Aplica de manera eficiente y con disciplina la terminación de tareas y asignaciones resuelve problemas rutinarios haciendo uso de juicio independiente y apoyándose en su líder.
  • Las responsabilidades de esta posición incluyen la operación de equipo de alta precisión, carga y descarga de material, soporte en los ajustes de setup durante corridas de producción, así como cambios de modelo.
  • Realiza la carga de materiales en fixturas de productos específicos y/o realiza operaciones de terminado.
  • Puede leer y seguir manuales de operación, así como instructivos y procedimientos de mantenimiento.
  • Inspecciona piezas visual y dimensionalmente para asegurar el cumplimiento con los requerimientos. Sigue la documentación establecida para la manufactura de productos.
  • Limpia y mantiene la maquinaria como sea necesario. Realiza otras funciones según se requiera.

Requisitos:

  • Preparatoria terminada o carrera técnica equivalente.
  • Antigüedad mínima de 2 años con experiência en trabajo afín a equipos de producción que requieran selección de programas de fabricación y verificación de primer artículo; haciendo uso de equipos de medición tal como vernier, micrómetro, drop gage, computadora, calculadora y ajustes de setup.

  • 2 años de experiência operando maquina fresadora CNC (milling) en un ambiente de manufactura regulada; experiência en dispositivos médicos preferida.
  • Conocimiento básico de interpretación de planos de fabricación con habilidad de hacer razonamiento lógico en el diagnostico de posibles fallas.
  • Habilidad para trabajar con piezas pequeñas de alta precisión, manejo de documentación como rutas de fabricación, llenado de formatos y captura de datos.
  • Deberá tener conocimiento básico de técnicas de inspección visual y dimensional, así como habilidad para seguir hojas de operación.
