Descripción del cargo:


Para nuestros clientes externos, es la persona responsable de generar información de referencia para los corrales sobre tipo de ganado, otros corrales a nível regional y nacional, dentro de los cuatro pilares de la estrategia.

Manejo de complejo respiratorio, alimentación, manejo de programa de implante y calidad de carne.

Generar mediciones o parámetros sobre enfermedades que afectan al ganado y su relación con su desempeño y productividad en el corral.

Proveer un soporte a los engordadores de ganado para mejorar la competitividad y rentabilidad de los corrales mexicanos.

Funciones, obligaciones, actividades:

  • Obtener información de los procesos de manejo y alimentación a través de revisión y estado de órganos en rastro, registros productivos.
  • Manejo e ingreso de la información a la plataforma BAP.
  • Análisis de la información y determinación de áreas de oportunidad, generando los reportes mensuales.
  • Correlación de causas y efectos en el desempeño de los corrales.
  • Cálculos de la mejora y costo beneficio.
  • Implementación de acciones de BAP (CDI, manejo de CRB, manejo de comederos, benchmark, etc.)
  • Mejora de los parámetros predeterminados.

Calificaciones mínimas (educación, experiência y/o entrenamiento, certificaciones requeridas):

  • Formación de carrera agropecuaria (Médico Veterinario, Ingeniero Zootecnista, Administrador Agropecuario, Agrónomo Zootecnista o carrera afín.
  • Experiência no necesaria.
  • Habilidades básicas de empatía, relacionamiento y comunicación
  • Agilidad de aprendizaje y liderazgo desmostradas en experiências de formación, servicio social, guardias clínicas, trabajos de verano, etc.
  • Pasión por la industria correspondiente y enfoque a resultados.
  • Inglés intermedio.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar y licencia de conducir.

Preferencias adicionales:

  • Experiência con trabajos o voluntariados de verano, dentro o fuera de la Universidad.
