We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a HVAC Technician:

• Work Location: Villahermosa
• Working Hours: Monday to Sunday with 1 weekday off. Shifts: (must have wide availability to rotate shifts).
• Work Mode: On-site
• Employment Type: Permanent

What Will You Do?

• Immediately report any unsafe acts or conditions.
• Carry out any other assignments related to the role or in support of the department as requested.
• Strictly adhere to JLL's quality management system and/or other relevant certifications, implementing protocols, processes, and formats as required by the system.
• Propose improvements to maintenance plans, documenting all proposals for analysis.
• Strictly comply with the company's ethical, technical, and safety regulations.

Desired Experience and Technical skills:

• Completed high school diploma and/or technical career in refrigeration and air conditioning system.
• 3 years in the maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.

Job Requirements:

• Completed high school diploma and/or technical career in refrigeration and air conditioning system.
• 3 years in the maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
• Experience in handling and repairing HVAC systems.
• Air handlers.
• Medium and low voltage industrial electricity.
• Mechanics and pumping systems.
• Proactive candidates oriented towards teamwork and with excellent customer service attitude will be valued.
