Are you a proactive individual with a passion for travel? Do you enjoy engaging with people from around the world? We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Agent who embodies motivation, reliability, sharpness, initiative, problem-solving skills, and quick thinking.

As a valued member of our dynamic and fast-expanding travel company, you will work closely with our Customer Service Team Leader and team members worldwide to enhance our customer service efforts.


Responsibilities:

  • Responding to guest queries/questions and updating bookings as needed.
  • Handling sales inquiries
  • Engaging with guests via calls, live chat, and WhatsApp to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Providing guidance to guests regarding booking changes, including cancellations and refunds.
  • Effectively addressing and resolving complaints, striving for positive outcomes.
  • Monitoring and reporting on customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proficient English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the travel industry
  • Ambitious and eager to grow professionally as the business expands
  • Strong team player with an unwavering commitment to collective success.
  • Ability to deliver work with a focus on timeliness and quality
  • Skilled in multitasking and managing multiple tasks concurrently
  • Thrives in highpressure situations
  • Proficient in handling and resolving customer complaints

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to operate from a home office or a location of your choice.

You're responsible for having a PC / Laptop and a good internet connection.
