Human Resources Business Partner (Shared Services)
Main Tasks:
- Provide strategic and tactical human resource support to several of Hexagon shared services Executive leaders to drive revenue and foster growth of the organization.
- Plan and direct human resource initiatives to include talent management, employee relations, workforce engagement and workforce development to support the achievement of business outcomes.
- Partner with business leadership to proactively diagnose and identify future peoplerelated business needs and translate into achievable action plans. Advise management on related risk, balancing legal requirements with business requirements.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to manage core HR processes and programs in support of business goals. Leverage shared service teams to enable execution of daytoday human resource functions and maximize the effectiveness of HR delivery. Maintain broad influence through ongoing development of internal/ external relationships across the organization
- Engage in key business initiatives involving the design of organizational development strategies to enhance business performance through the facilitation of reorganization efforts, change management strategies and/or cultural alignment activities as needed. Oversee communication and change management efforts, ensuring a culture that enables employee development through effective information sharing at all levels of the organization.
- Educate, coach and guide HR team members and broader HR functional partners on business initiatives and related requirements.
- Develop domain knowledge of Hexagon businesses to include an understanding of shortterm objectives & longterm strategies for the organization.
- Ensure compliance with Hexagon policies, processes and practices. Maintain current knowledge of federal, state and local employment practices and labor laws. Role modelHexagon ethical standards, professionalism and code of conduct.
- Perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications / Experience
- Experience in the HR area min. 13 years;
- Experience working in a multinational shared services organization will be an advantage.
- Assume responsibility for assigned responsibilities;
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail;
- Ability to learn new skills easily and willingness to expand your knowledge;
- An effective team player with energy and enthusiasm;
- Proactive and creative in terms of continuous improvements in ways of working;
- Flexibility to adapt in a changing environment with a positive attitude.
