Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, transactions, and ongoing relationships.
  • Coordinate and oversee automotive painting projects to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead problem resolution efforts by addressing customer concerns and implementing effective solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand our footprint in the automotive painting industry.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and SAP software for sales tracking, reporting, and order processing.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for clients, adhering to company pricing guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth execution of sales initiatives and customer projects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to maintain strong, longterm relationships with clients.

Requirements/ experience

  • Minimum of five years of experience in a sales position, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience using SAP software for sales and order management.
  • Demonstrated ability to create accurate quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Preferably experience in architectural, industrial, or automotive painting processes.
