JOB SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise the correct execution of benefits projects.
  • Conducting benchmarking studies and other research; provide value added analyses and summaries.
  • Create business case to recommend benefits programs to management by researching employee requirements, trends, market prevalence and developments in benefits offered by other organizations.
  • Supports management's decisionmaking process by analyzing benefit options and predicting future costs.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing laws and regulations and updates to legal requirements.
  • Informs stakeholder of benefit usage by preparing and distributing benefit reports.
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor team members regarding benefits projects.
  • Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as directed.

  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits packages, policies, and legislations.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers & directors.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to work independently.

  • Project management skills.
