- 3D Modeling Software
- Six Sigma methodologies
- Use of advance knowledge in Ecoat paint process
- Use of advance knowledge in Top-Coat paint process
- Use of advance knowledge in Wastewater Treatment process
- Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrics knowledge.
- Knowledge in
Lean Manufacturing:
Material Flow, KanBan, 7 Wastes, FMEA, DFM, SMED, Problem Solving, 5S,

Principales Tareas y
Responsabilidades:
- Develop manufacturable Parts/Components with R&D respecting equipment capability
- Asses and releases manufacture drawings
- Built, maintain and improve VSM.
- Assessing equipment requirements
- Design process, tooling and Masking for production that meets safety and quality standards.
- Validate the Paint hooks & Paint carts.
- Define hand tools Requirement
- Create, deliver and update the work instructions
- Make and maintain a list of spare parts and create a preventive maintenance schedule
- Support daily operation
- Provide all information required in SAP
- Follow the theorical paint consumption vs the daily real consumption to assure physical inventory
- Provide all information required for PPAP
- Implement Lean Manufacturing ideology
- Create and maintain the workload capacity record of the machine
- Create and maintain the material flow chart related with the machine
- Create and maintain an efficient Kanban area
- Performs activities related to safety.
- Build the P3, Pilot and Dry Run parts.
- Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the department supervisor.
- Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their role in relation to the standard ISO9001: 201
- Comply with safety rules according to the function.
- Comply in time planned trainings related to Quality and Training.
- Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions
