As an Internal Specialized Consultant in the Business Process Management (BPM) Center of Expertise, you will have a key role in enhancing Nissan processes through automation to boost efficiency, agility, and overall performance.

Act as a catalyst for change within the organization, utilizing Lean Six Sigma and agile principles to map, analyze, define, implement, and sustain improvement opportunities using digital solutions (such as workflow automation, RPA/RDA, Chatbot, AI, etc), while also mitigating risks and ensuring standardized, optimized, and well-documented processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define scope and estimated benefits, plan, lead, and execute process automation initiatives, including process mapping, opportunity identification, analysis, and custom solution design, development, and implementation for efficient delivery.
  • Drive process standardization, optimization, and efficiency through workflow simplification and intelligent automation development.
  • Monitor project status, automation development milestones, and implementation schedule regularly to ensure timely completion and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with BPM Specialists and Process Owners to lead workshops for information gathering, analysis, and defining action plans while increasing engagement and removing obstacles.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and provide consultation services to clients, sharing proven automation approaches.
  • Use Lean and Six Sigma methodology to support functions in problem-solving and driving operational improvements through automation.
  • Propose and develop alternatives to enhance efficiency and performance improvement based on the business perspective of End-to-End Processes across the region.
  • Collaborate with IS/IT leaders to validate solutions and align the implementation of major automation projects.
  • Develop KPIs and metrics to assess improvement opportunities and measure process redesign outcomes.

Education : Bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechatronics, IA, Informatics/Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Year of experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in Process Improvement / Automation / Artificial Intelligence implementations
  • Experience in Shared Services Center environment desirable.
  • Strong business analysis competency with success in problem-solving and shaping opportunities.
  • Experience in Project Management and Processes Automation
  • Hands-on experience in process automation solutions implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Business acumen and knowledge in Agile Methodologies

Language:
English – Advanced
Portuguese – Intermediate (desirable)

Computer Skills:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Power Bi, Tableau, Visual Basic, Power Apps, Power Automate developments
  • Expertise in Process Mapping and Project Management tools
  • Knowledge in Process Mining Tool and other platforms is desirable

Specific Course/Certifications:

  • Lean Six Sigma certification (YB, GB, BB) desirable
  • Process Automation and/or Artificial Intelligence specialization desirable
  • Skills in process mapping, modeling, and automation
