Associate Product Manager
The Associate Product Manager is a passionate learner and self-starter who is aspiring to be a Product Manager.

They are creative problem-solvers who show foundational skills with the ability to assess customer problems, business needs, opportunities and offer solutions to support the PM team.

They need the energy to thrive in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment and understand that this role is a learning role, just as it's a 'doing' role.

A person in this job is expected to grow quickly, build skills to further their impact and drive end-to-end product management with the support and mentorship of more senior Product Managers and Leaders.


About the role:

interpreting and assessing customer problems, business needs and opportunities and offering potential solutions with a moderate level of guidance and direction.

Build world class capabilities and products** by contributing and helping maintain the product roadmap and partnering closely with dev team and UX to execute the roadmap and deliver efficiently. This includes serving as the customer voice for the engineering teams, prioritizing the product backlog based on customer and business value, and using metrics to monitor and measure progress.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science preferred or equivalent experience
  • Product management internship and/or early career experience in roles such as a Product Owner or Business Analyst (BA)
  • Enterprise software exposure/experience with ERP's, Workflow, Tax, Trade or Supply Chain, Finance, Real Estate, or other B2B domains is a plus
  • Experience integrating systems like ERPs, eCommerce, or Procurement; knowledge of integration frameworks like APIs, SOAP, REST, SML, JSON
