Right at Home of Northeast, MS is a company that offers in-home care and assistance to elderly and disabled individuals. We are currently seeking a dependable and compassionate Lead Caregiver to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of those we care for.

Our Lead Caregivers receive competitive starting pay ranging from $12 to $15 per hour and are guaranteed 40 hours of work per week. The role involves providing various levels of care, such as ADLs, IADLS, safety supervision, and companionship, across our service area. Schedules may change frequently based on client needs, requiring strong communication with our Care Coordinator. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, adaptable, and dedicated to serving others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance to patients with activities of daily living
  • Prepare meals and snacks
  • Assist with patient-specific activities as instructed
  • Perform homemaking tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a caregiver
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or G.E.D certificate
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Written competency evaluation pass with 80% or higher
  • Valid driver's license and access to insured transportation
  • Ability to provide all levels of care and maintain communication with the Care Coordinator
  • Flexible availability with schedules changing regularly
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
