Job Title: Full-Time (Starting with Part-Time) Email Marketing Manager for the Internal Virtual Latinos Team (the job will start Part-Time and go to Full-Time after a maximum training period of 12 weeks)

Pay Rate:

Full-Time Rate (post-training):$2253-$2600 per month.

*The monthly salary range posted is stipulated as an average monthly income. However, all jobs at Virtual Latinos are hourly-based, and payments are calculated on the number of hours a person works daily. We pay our Virtual Professionals every 2 weeks through third-party platforms. The hourly rate range of the position is $13-$15 per hour, depending on experience. Once a rate has been offered to you, it is non-negotiable.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9-hour shift with a 1-hour lunch break. The entire shift should fall between 7 am- 5 pm PST, preferred.

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned SEO Manager with over 5 years of experience in technical SEO, OnPage SEO, Content Creation, and OffPage SEO to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies that enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic and conversion rates for our business. This role requires a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, a proven track record in managing comprehensive SEO campaigns, and the ability to analyze data and optimize accordingly.

As an SEO Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the SEO process, from keyword research and analysis, to technical SEO audits, to content strategy and link building. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital marketing efforts, including website design and content development. Your expertise will be crucial in adapting strategies based on market trends and changes in search engine landscapes to keep our business at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the SEO team, overseeing all projects and ensuring team members are aligned with the company's SEO strategy and goals. Provide mentorship, set objectives, and conduct performance reviews to foster professional growth and development.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive website traffic.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize content.
  • Perform technical SEO audits quarterly and make recommendations for addressing technical issues that impact website performance in search rankings.
  • Optimize website architecture, URL structures, and internal linking strategies to enhance indexing and crawlability.
  • Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on click-through rates, traffic, and conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and changes in algorithms to ensure strategies remain effective.
  • Build and maintain backlink profiles to improve domain authority and search engine ranking.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, and report findings back to the marketing team and senior management.
  • Collaborate with web developers and marketing team to properly implement SEO best practices in coding and campaigns.
  • Lead and educate team members on SEO best practices and trends to ensure skills and techniques are up to date.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced SEO Knowledge: Expertise in all aspects of SEO including technical, on-page, and off-page elements.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to use analytics tools (like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to monitor traffic, understand user behavior, and measure ROI.
  • Technical Proficiency: Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and their impact on SEO. Ability to work closely with web development teams to implement necessary website changes.
  • Content Strategy: Skills in creating and managing content that is both user and SEO-friendly. Experience in identifying and filling content gaps.
  • Link Building: Proven ability to develop and execute effective link-building strategies.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop long-term SEO strategies and campaigns that align with business goals.
  • Project Management / Agile Methodology: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate SEO strategies to stakeholders and manage a team effectively.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience in leading and developing an SEO team, including training and mentorship.
  • Adaptability and Learning Agility: Staying up-to-date with the constant changes in search engine algorithms and the digital marketing landscape.
  • Competitor Analysis: Skills in conducting detailed competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
  • Problem-solving Skills: Ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions under pressure.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Comfort with making decisions based on in-depth data analysis and industry trends.
