Estamos buscando al mejor talento para la posición STAFF PROCESS ENGINEER que estará localizada en Juarez, Horizontes.

PROPÓSITO:

Trabaja en la mayoría de las actividades con instrucciones acerca de los resultados generales que se esperan. Puede recibir orientación técnica en los problemas más inusuales o complejos; genera soluciones de forma independiente.

Trabaja con problemas de alcance diverso, en los cuales el análisis de los datos requiere de la evaluación de factores identificables.

Ejerce su juicio en prácticas y políticas generalmente definidas, al seleccionar métodos y técnicas para la obtención de resultados.

Fallas y errores en las decisiones que tome y recomendaciones que realice podrían resultar en serios retrasos en los programas y proyectos, así como en gastos considerables de recursos.

Puede supervisar, desarrollar y proveer dirección a ingenieros y técnicos.

**Principales responsabilidades: Bajo supervisión limitada y de acuerdo con las leyes/regulaciones federales, estatales y locales y los procedimientos y lineamientos Corporativas de Johnson & Johnson, esta posición:

  • Es responsable de comunicar asuntos relacionados al negocio u oportunidades al siguiente nível gerencial
  • Para aquellos que supervisan o administran personal, son responsables de asegurar que los subordinados sigan todos los lineamientos de la Compañía relacionadas con las prácticas de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente y que todos los recursos necesarios para hacerlo estén disponibles y en buenas condiciones, si aplica
  • Es responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento personal y de la Compañía con todas las regulaciones, políticas y procedimientos Federales, Estatales y Locales de la compañía
  • Realiza otras tareas asignadas según sea necesario

Deberes y Responsabilidades

  • Aplica conocimiento intensivo y diversificado de principios de ingeniería y prácticas en una amplia gama de tareas asignadas en campos relacionados.
  • Toma decisiones sobre problemas y métodos de ingeniería de forma independiente; representa a la organización en conferencias para resolver cuestiones importantes y para planear y coordinar labores. Requiere el uso de técnicas avanzadas, así como la modificación y extensión de teorías, preceptos y prácticas de su ramo, ciencias y disciplinas relacionadas. Supervisión y guía relacionadas con requerimientos generales, asuntos críticos, conceptos nuevos y asuntos relacionados con políticas.
  • Se asegura de que los cambios de Ingeniería cumplan cabalmente con las regulaciones y procedimientos relacionados con seguridad, medio ambiente y salud. Se asegura de generar los entrenamientos y certificaciones necesarias para los empleados asignados a las áreas relacionadas con el equipo sujeto a los programas de candado, guardas de seguridad para equipo, ventilación y extractores.
  • Consulta con supervisores lo concerniente problemas y cuestiones de desarrollo.
  • Es responsable de las siguientes y otras actividades:
  • Planea, coordina y liderea un proyecto de ingeniería mayor de alto impacto para el negocio, o un número reducido de proyectos con características complejas.
  • Como contribuidor individual, lleva a cabo tareas complejas o de reciente introducción que requieren el desarrollo de técnicas o de procedimientos nuevos o mejorados.
  • Se espera que su trabajo resulte en el desarrollo de equipo, materiales, procesos, productos o métodos nuevos o Mejorados.
  • Como especialista staff, desarrolla y evalúa planes y criterios para una variedad de proyectos y actividades que otras personas llevarán a cabo.
