Risk Coordinator

As a
RISK COORDINATOR you will administrate the insurance policies and bonds and will follow-up and monitoring of the services of Brokers and Insurers, guaranteeing control of the delivery times and service.

You will report to the risk management leader working #LI-Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on the requirements of the insurance policies and bonds, towards the Brokers and insurers.
  • Follow up on the delivery and service times of the external executives, supervising and following up on the delivery and resolution of requests.
  • Review compliance of bonds and insurance policies required for contractors.
  • Management and reporting of the payment of Insurance and Bond premiums in Mexico, Central America, and the Andean Region.
  • Generate consolidated monthly report of the loss ratio for all insurance policies.
  • Followup and documentation of claims in cargo and car fleet policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of Office programs and databases analysis.
  • Fluent English, able to establish business conversations.
  • Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
