Position: Latin America - Brand Assistant

Department: Marketing

Work Location: Office in South Mexico City. Candidates should reside in the Metropolitan area.

Hybrid Schedule: Helen of Troy offers a hybrid working model, with a balance of in-office and remote work for flexibility and productivity.

What you will do:

  • Create and execute physical and digital marketing strategies for Beauty brands
  • Manage social media calendars and reports
  • Develop influencer and media plans for product launches in LATAM
  • Collaborate with sales team on marketing initiatives
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights for business growth
  • Coordinate with internal and US teams on marketing strategies
  • Participate in product development processes
  • Ensure timely materials delivery for product placement
  • Assist with translations and artwork development

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
  • 2+ years of marketing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in LATAM markets or Multinational companies
  • Prior experience managing direct reports
  • Passion for social media and influencer recruitment
