MRO Supervisor*Key Responsibilities
:

Assign tasks and prioritize work orders based on urgency, criticality, and available resources.Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the maintenance team.Manage the inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies necessary for maintenance and repair activities.Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, reorder points, and consumption rates to ensure timely availability of parts.Coordinate with procurement and vendors to replenish inventory as needed, while optimizing inventory costs.Maintain thorough and accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment histories, and maintenance schedules.Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards applicable to maintenance operations.Qualifications and Skills**:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in maintenancerelated fields preferred.
  • Proven experience in a management position or a related role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
