We are hiring an

Art Director to ensure a continuous flow of creative ideas leading the aesthetic vision of projects setting the overall style and tone for the imagery projects produced by the Visualization team from visual alignment with our brand and for creative problem solving, production and execution.

What You Will Be Doing


You will provide solutions and creative direction in the delivery of visualization services along with a team of producers, artists, and designers, which support the creation of 3D images, animations, and related visual media.

Using creative, professional and project management skills, tools and techniques for various clients and audiences through the organization


The Art Director will be required to display a high degree of talent in conceptualizing design briefs and executing project deliverables.

You will own and articulate the visual direction for Visualization projects.


Daily activities will include working collaboratively with internal project managers, creatives, and leaders, as well as providing design feedback and guidance with external creative partners.

Presenting ideas and direction from small to larger projects to brand stakeholders, working through creative projects issues and problems, and providing design and visual branding advice on daily tasks.


Who You Are:

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in arts, design, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Advanced English 100% is MANDATORY. (There will be a language evaluation)
  • Demonstrated skills and portfolio required.
  • Experience working with brand direction, creative direction, art direction is required.
  • Experience in architecture or interior design, graphic design, brand direction is required.
  • Strong visual design, creative, communication, and organizational skills
  • At least 2 to 5 years professional experience is required.

Preferred Skills and Competencies

  • Complete fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and other creative tools like Mural.
  • Skills in video, digital, animation, illustration, and other design disciplines
  • Experience with various production techniques (both print and digital)
  • Critical eye for composition, color, lighting, design, tone, and impact, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact with global partners and thrive on a distributed team.
