Perfil técnico:
SAP Logistics *SAP Junior con:
- Conocimiento funcional de los módulos de gestión de materiales (SAP MM), gestión de almacén (SAP WM) y Logística. (al menos 1 año)
- Conocimientos básicos en User Management de SAP (Deseable)
- Que conozcan las transacciones para monitorear Jobs
- Que sepan qué es y para qué es un iDoc y que puedan identificar los principales posibles problemas relacionados a este tipo de archivos
- No se requiere que conozcan o sepan de ABAP porque teóricamente no van a desarrollar
- Un año de experiência de Service Desk (soporte a usuarios de aplicaciones)
- Deseable tener conocimientos de ITIL
- Deseable tener experiência y conocimiento en procesos del Sector Automotriz
- Inglés intermedio, que pueda mantener una conversación técnica, así como documentar incidentes.
- Analizar la causa raíz de los incidentes reportados por usuario en los módulos MM, WM y Logística en SAP.
- Establecer un diagnóstico y proponer una solución al incidente.
- Realizar tareas de escalamiento de tickets para N2 y N3.
- Realizar seguimiento de incidentes, validación de impactos.
- Generar reportes de estatus de turno y documentación de base de conocimientos.
- Ejecutar tareas de monitoreo de Jobs para validación de ejecución en tiempo programados.
- Validar la recepción de archivos en tiempo definidos.
- Validar IDocs y monitoreo de estatus y comunicación.
- Liberar scheduling agreements.
- Realizar envío de pruebas de impresión y validación de impresoras SAP.
- Validar errores en las interfaces utilizadas con SAP
