Objetivo del puesto:


Supervisar, evaluar, controlar la estrategia de la ejecución de los proyectos del canal, garantizar una correcta operación permita el cumplimiento de los Níveles de Servicio comprometidos con los Socios Comerciales.


Principales Funciones:

  • Administración de portafolio de proyectos de implementación de cuentas, tecnológicos o mejora dentro del Canal de Alianzas, Directo y Venta digital.
  • Gestionar, asegurar y facilitar la estrategia para la administración de los proyectos en el canal garantizando la aplicación de una metodología de proyectos.
  • Definir Modelos Operativos y garantizar la correcta operatividad de la cuenta end to end.

Su Perfil Requisitos**:

  • Formación Académica: Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Sistemas o a fin.
  • Idioma: inglés intermedio.
  • Tipo y tiempo de experiência: 2 años en Sector Asegurador, deseable operación y gestión de proyectos.
  • Conocimiento: Administración de proyectos de negocio y tecnológicos. Tener conocimientos en Ágil o Scrum.
  • Herramientas: Paquetería Office, Visio, Bizagi y Project.
