Responsible for supporting Supply Chain Finance department in Mexico & Ecuador cluster with the elaboration and monthly report and analysis of Budget and Rolling Forecasts focusing on Real Costs and Standard Cost, Freight & Distribution Costs, Copacking Costs, Inventory Revaluation, Obsolescence, and other COGS.

Additionally, must act as Business Partner of Supply Chain, Procurement and Manufacturing with daily ad-hoc analysis, participation on saving projects elaboration and validation, Risks & Opps tracking, etc.


What You'll Do:

  • Controls Supply & Deliver Operating costs as well as annual and bimonthly Forecast
    update
:

  • Performs monthly analysis of costs variances, identifies risks and opportunities, and proposes actions to achieve
    forecast
:

  • Designs and tracks KPIs, as well as provides analysis and gives suggestion for
    improvements
:

  • Works along with Supply team on Saving initiatives identification and
    tracking
:

  • Analyzes and controls actual expenses and accruals within P&L and Balance sheet accounts.
  • Ensures efficient control and reporting of inventory, including foreign purchases (imports) and Slob inventory (Slow Movers/ Overstock/Obsolete)
  • Executes harmonized reporting of Standard cost for BIC domestic entities, which includes packaging, copacking and import freight and duties expenses, within financial systems.
  • Reviews and analyses estimated copacking and packaging budget along with procurement
    team

  • Creation and presentation of monthly reports to top management teams
  • Project management for automation and standardization of process linked to Supply & deliver
    operations

  • Identifies and leads opportunities for improvements in analysis, dashboards, reports, performance indicators and other tools to support financial decisions in the Supply Chain
    area.

Projects You'll Work On:

  • Influencing Key stakeholders to drive a financial approach to decision making
  • Obtain insights from key stakeholders to explain performance results in proper time and aiming to become a Storyteller from supply & deliver financials
  • Put in place proper control on processes and on data generated to keep credibility from key stakeholders and minimize risks
  • Standardize and harmonize processes across different geographies
  • Work closely with people located in different geographies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or Engineering.
  • Experience with Forecast / Budget elaboration
  • Knowledge of Costing / Supply Chain expenses
  • Analytical and writing ability for executive explanations
  • Target oriented and capable to organize and work according to business priorities
  • Able to work with cross functional teams within the organization
  • Capable of reaching deliverables on standardized and adjusted timings
