Job Title
Sales Executive II

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER**This position is responsible for the overall relationship with all assigned Clients and/or Territory, provided solutions in terms of contract, client services, new projects or initiatives and new products, in order to optimize and grow the revenues of the client. The incumbent contributes to the company's success and profitability by understanding the clients' requirements, ensuring response times are within Service Level Agreement requirements, disseminating information, and proactively communicating. The incumbent manages a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success, generates new sales using existing and potential customer networks.

Main Responsibilities
Manage the Client Relationship

Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients C-Level, other key senior and operational decision makers by proactively meeting on-site.

Understand the politics of client's organization in order to appropriately influence decision makers. Understand customer business problems, strategic objectives, competitive standing, and critical success factors to determine the best solutions.


Leverage Fiserv internal resources, including business unit and corporate executives, to establish and maintain an effective relationship with the client.

Utilize consultative approach to demonstrate our desire to maximize client's growth & profitability.


Develop and document an Account Plan at least annually that includes the integration of other Fiserv business units, establish a course of action to accomplish specific goals, and take the lead on the Account Plan with other business units.

Developing growth plans for sales and profits

Working independently to grow sales and profits on current and new customers

Presenting company services and value proposition to customer and customer groups

Identifying and building excellent relationships with key decision makers

Developing effective customer needs analysis

Coordinating with regional and area operations managers to develop business proposals that align services to be delivered with customer needs and expectations

Analyzing records of present and past sales, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations

  • Interpreting accounts, trends, competitive intelligence and records to management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in this position.
  • Intermediate English advanced (able to carry on a conversation)
  • Provide business development skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Knowledge of financial analysis
  • Experience in risk management and / or familiarity with the banking and fintech solutions industry, a great advantage
  • Success in setting and achieving challenging personal goals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to express concepts.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to adapt to different personalities.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, ability to work independently
  • Demonstrates good analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Must have the ability to develop team relationships.
  • PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential
