Full Job Description
Lincoln-Goldfinch Law seeks a fully bilingual (English-Spanish) Customer Service Supervisor to lead our Customer Service Team, which serves as the first point of contact for our new and existing clients.
Primary Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Hires and trains a team of customer service representatives;
- Manage and mentor a team of customer service representatives to ensure they comply with company guidelines particularly related to quality of service;
- Ensures that representatives are informed and up to date about the services Lincoln-Goldfinch Law offers;
- Monitors and reviews calls or other correspondence between representatives and other departments;
- Reviews policies and procedures on an ongoing basis to identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness and crossfunctional collaboration for a seamless client experience;
- Collects data and prepares reports on client complaints and inquiries and proposes solutions to improve client experience;
- Prepares reports summarizing the customer service team's performance to ensure the team is tracking against goals;
- Prepares resources and feedback to the team for ongoing training and coaching;
- Undertake other duties as needed to ensure the firm operates efficiently.
Skills required for the position:
- At least 1 year experience in a similar position (required);
- Experience in the legal services industry (Strongly Preferred);
- High level of attention to detail;
- Excellent organizational skills: ability to juggle multiple tasks and matters;
- Ability to communicate effectively across all management levels in the organization;
- Team player;
- Positive attitude.
Education
A Bachelor's degree is required.

Compensation for this role is commensurate with experience.
