Estamos buscando a nuestro próximo Lead Operations quién gestionará toda la operación administrativa de tienda y coordinación de prioridades en la operación de acuerdo a los objetivos definidos de nuestra nueva tienda Nike Unite Cancún.

Esta persona será la responsable de ejecutar las estrategias para obtenee a excelencia operativa de la tienda.

¿En qué trabajarás?

Gestionar toda la operación administrativa de tienda y coordinación de prioridades en la operación de acuerdo a los objetivos definidosAsegurar la ejecucion y el seguimiento en las plataformas de Scheduling (Horarios de trabajo).Seguimiento a Nominas y gestión de pagos.

Gestión proveedores(limpieza, mantenimiento, etc).Gestión de programas y estándares de HR .Gestion comunicación.
Seguimiento a la politica de Staff dress.
Seguimiento en la ejecución de Programas de Loss Prevention y seguridad.
Gestión procesos manejo efectivo, depósitosbancarios, etc.
Coordina nuevos on boardings, entrenamiento y integración. Garantizar métricosMapeo de talento de su equipo.

Prioriza el desarrollo del equipo, la formación funcional y la retención para "ganar al cliente" a largo plazo en Nike.


¿Con quién trabajarás?

Esta persona será responsable de liderar al equipo de cajeros y trabajará de manera cross funcional con otras áreas como consumer service, consumer experience, loss prevention, proveedores, etc.
