In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Enforcing safety, health rules & 5S.
- Managing the maintenance department following SPS/SIM rules for optimal industrial equipment performance.
- Planning, prioritizing, scheduling, and overseeing maintenance activities to minimize disruptions.
- People management, including goal setting, performance evaluation, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well-being.
- Experience in PLC operations, system configurations, hardware, troubleshooting, and project management.
- Leading CAPEX & OPEX projects to enhance productivity.
Key responsibilities in this role:
- Analyzing equipment issues related to mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic malfunctions.
- Active participation in root cause analysis using 8D's methodology.
- Programming PLCs to optimize machine performance.
- Managing TPM processes to improve workstation reliability and availability.
Qualifications:
If you believe this job might be suitable for you, you should have:
- Skills in programming PLCs, HMIs, and controllers.
- Experience in project management and collaboration with local and international suppliers.
- Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Maintenance Engineering.
- Advanced level of English proficiency and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in interpreting electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams.
- Experience in Industry 4.0 and continuous improvement practices.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
