Planning, coordination and implementation of global Supply Chain Continuity/ Resilience Concepts for Electronics Conduct capacity studies and analysis with suppliers Negotiation of logistics agreements & contracts like supply commitment, consignment and delivery performance target agreements Support selection of new strategic suppliers for new business and ensure Supply Chain resilience Leading Supply Chain optimization projects, defining standards, tools and processes. Identify and roll out best practices throughout the organization Provide guidance to other team members and take care of reaching the project targets Conduct logistical supplier audits (GMMOG/LE) as part of logistical supplier development project Improvement, consulting and optimization of logistics costs within the Supply Chain Act as link between suppliers, internal departments and customersQualifications:
Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering At least 6 years experience in logistics and Supply Chain Management in automotive industry and/or electronics business Experience in logistical supplier development projects, ideally experiences in logistics audits like GMMOG/LE Essential negotiation and leadership skills, proactive team player, sense of responsibility, self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude High level knowledge of MS office package, especially Excel; SAP system Fluent language skills in English and Intercultural competencies High travel readinessWhat we offer:
