- Support consumer insights projects including cocreation, concept development and validation, and usability testing.
- Employ the business research model among the key journeys and products.
- Evolve the different research methodologies and ways to gather consumer feedback for both product and customer experience engagements.
- Help drive net promoter score and how our products, service and brand impact our progress through customer insights and research.
- Develop a working theory on how good customer experience impacts our key KPIs (e.g. net promoter score, brand preference, etc.) as well as the business objectives, revenue and cost saves.
- Manage projects which impact the business to deliver/exceed the business plan.
- Offer user experience feedback at all phases of the project life cycle from project conception to implementation.
- Ensure business principles and standards are met for all project engagements.
- Partner with crossfunctional teams deliver customer insights; monitor project task execution and timeliness adherence.
- Build relationships across key stakeholders and 3rd party research vendors

Este es un puesto de nível gerencial intermedio que será responsable de ejecutar todas las actividades relacionadas a control & compliance, Sourcing y Finanzas (Budget) en coordinación con el resto del equipo de Customer Experience y Market Research.
El enfoque de este rol es garantizar que la planificación, ejecución e implementación de estas actividades, lo que respalda/permite el éxito del resto de los proyectos y actividades del equipo.
Responsabilidades:
- Coordinar la planificación y ejecución de todas las actividades de Sourcing, para la renovación de contratos, seguimienton ICRM, IS, Legal, sobre requisitos de cada renovación.o c
- Gestionar el análisis, la redacción y la implementación de contratos, así como supervisar los contratos con los proveedores junto con las contrapartes del departamento de Sourcing
- Analizar propuestas de proveedores para identificar ahorros, compromisos y oportunidades, así como trabajar con proveedores para medir/seguir el desempeño y los requisitos de informes, así como el cumplimiento de la política de TPRM, Due Diligence, Monitoring and controls, Inspecciones.
- Asegurar que todos los requisitos de Control y Cumplimiento para el grupo de proveedores y contratos de Experiência del Cliente e Investigación de Mercado se entreguen de manera oportuna y no retrasen la ejecución de los proyectos. Políticas y regulaciones, Requerimientos administrativos (Cyber security, Servicios Regulados).
- Asesorar el cumplimiento de los MCA Aplicables a Customer Experience dando seguimiento con el equipo interno sobre planeación y recolección de evidencias, logrando un porcentaje efectivo de cumplimiento.
- Ejecutar la planificación y el ajuste del presupuesto durante todo el año, a través de una correcta implementación y trabajo en equipo con Finanzas. Gestionando provisiones, gastos, pagos y proyecciones de gasto.
- Comunicarse y trabajar en equipo internamente ofreciendo alternativas de implementación procesos, altas de proveedores, y pago, así como planificar y negociar acuerdos para minimizar el riesgo y la exposición, y brindar términos y condiciones óptimos.

- Tiene la capacidad de operar con un nível limitado de supervisión directa.
- Puede ejercer independencia de juicio y autonomía para la toma de decisiones y seguimiento de actividades.
- Capacidad para gestionar equipos y coordinar proveedores externos.
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, impulsando el cumplimiento de las leyes, normas y reglamentos aplicables, adhiriéndose a la Política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido, gestionando y resolviendo problemas de control con transparencia, así como supervisando de manera efectiva la actividad de otros y creando responsabilidad con aquellos que no mantienen estos estándares

- Experiência en responsabilidades de riesgo y control preferible (Auditorias, Issues, MCA)
- Experiência trabajando dentro de los parámetros de políticas y procedimientos establecidos en una gran empresa multinacional
- Conocimiento demostrado de finanzas/contabilidad y elaboración de presupuestos, conciliaciones contables, cargos y provisiones
- Habilidades informáticas competentes con un enfoque en las aplicaciones de Microsoft Office
- Demuestra constantemente una comunicación verbal & escrita (clara concisa)
