The Role

KION seeks an AI Engineer to utilize AI tools for automation project implementation and support, focusing on development, testing, system optimization, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

To excel in this role, your proven track record will ensure success in the following key areas:

  • Design, develop, and train AI models and algorithms for automation projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and business partners to propose and implement effective AI solutions.
  • Maintain and optimize AI systems, understand business requirements, and provide technical consulting.
  • Plan, manage, and test coding following development standards.
  • Stay updated on the latest AI and machine learning technologies and apply them practically.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields, master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis and algorithms.
  • Proficient in Python, Java, or C++ programming.
  • Knowledge of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Understand statistics and linear algebra well.
  • Deploy ML pipelines successfully.
  • Familiar with AI algorithms such as regression, association rules, clustering analysis, neural networks, etc.
  • Strong learning and research skills to adapt to new AI technologies.
  • Capable of leading technical meetings and applying technology to solve business issues.
  • Experience in project life cycles, from blueprinting to go-live support.
  • Skilled in Project Management tools (JIRA) and creating status reports.
  • Excellent communication skills (English proficiency C1/C2).
  • Submit Resume/CV in English.
  • Willingness to international travel up to 20%.
