Tasks and Qualifications:

The Role
Dematic/KION is looking for an SAP FI CO Specialist responsible for configuration changes, enhancements on SAP Systems.

Essential Role and Responsibilities
To be successful in this demanding role, your proven track record will enable you to deliver against the following key performance areas:

  • Responsible for SAP Treasury Experience (Bank Communication management BCM, SAP FSCM Treasury & Risk Management and/or SAP S/4 HANA Cash Management)
  • Responsible for successful implementation of SAP, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to users.
  • Assist on developing intercompany processes in SAP.
  • Design and implement core functionalities of SAP GL, AA, COPC, COPA, Revenue recognition, Credit Management, Cost center Management, Billing and Material Ledger.
  • Facilitate gathering of requirements, designing, implementing, and supporting SAP FICO to enhance the users' business functionality and performance.
  • Configure the SAP system in the areas of SAP FI CO to meet the requirements collected during blueprinting work sessions.
  • Analyzes and develops functional specifications and communicates to technical developers to develop the required solutions in the most efficient way.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or similar field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling Module of SAP.
  • Experience working in at least 2 S/4HANA Implementation projects.
  • Experience in SAP Treasury Experience (Bank Communication management BCM, SAP FSCM Treasury & Risk Management and/or SAP S/4 HANA Cash Management).
  • Strong functional knowledge on the SAP GL, AA, COPC, COPA, and overall SAP functional knowledge (integration with other components / modules) required.
  • Experience working on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Intercompany Accounting, Project System, Management Accounting.
  • Understanding the integration with various SAP modules like MM, QM, CO, PP, PM, WM, SD, and FI.
  • Experience preparing data migration templates.
  • Experience in data extracting, cleansing, and uploading the data.
  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Experience with global, large scale ERP implementations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Strategic thinking and thought leadership capabilities; ability to institutionalize new tools, processes, and technologies.
  • Knowledge of implementation project life cycles including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cutover and golive support.
  • Proficient using Project Management tools (JIRA).
  • Strong communication skills (English required C1/C2).
  • Resume/CV must be submitted in English.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% internationally.
