Descripción de Actividades:
- Pre nómina - Actualizar los sitemas con la información completa, correcta y oportuna, realizar y/o validar por duplicado. Envío de información a tiempo al deparmento de nómina para asegurar el pago correcto de la nomina semanal, quincenal y mensual, considerando los diferentes pagos que afectan la pre nomina como: Gaing Sharing, premio de puntualidad, bonos etc.
- Brindar atención al personal para la resolución de dudas, quejas y requerimientos en los tres turnos ( comunicación de calendarios, aplicación de encuenstas, saldos de vacaciones, etc) así como participar en las investigaciónes y medidas disciplinarias cuando así se refiera para fomentar el cumplimiento del código de integridad y reglamento interno
- Controlar y administrar la documentación y expedientes de todos los trabajadores, empleados y pensionadas, así como las obligaciones que de cada uno de ellos deriva para atender y dar respuesta a las diferentes auditorias internas, externas e inspecciones de la STPS e IMSS, así como asegurar cumplimiento legal con los mismos.
- Generar y analizar KPIs sobre los principales procesos para facilitar la toma de decisiones del equipo y de planta.
- Coordinar y ejecutar el procedimeinto de atracción de talento y contratación (levantaiento del perfil, control de HC,retroalimentacíon ect.) de personal sindicalizado, así como la coordinación para promociones internas para cubrir las necesidades de personal en la localidad
- Realizar la evaluación de procedimientos e instructivos para el cumplimiento en RH para la certificación ISO,OEA, inspecciónes, auditorias que requierea el proceso y la organización.
- Cooridnar y gestionar de forma oportuna los servicicios manejados por Recursos Humanos para el personal en planta tanto administrativo como sindicalizado en función a las nececidades requeridas por los procesos de planta.
- Promoveer y fomenta las iniciativas de diversidad e inclusón en el equipo de trabajo.
