We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a IT Engineer

Preferred experience:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance/ training or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey quality expectations and findings. (English and Spanish)
  • Proficient in using quality assurance tools and methodologies.
  • Experience using CRM and other productivity tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Google Apps)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • C1+ English and Spanish Spoken and Written proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analysis of products, processes, and systems to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to enhance overall product/service quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality assurance processes throughout the process lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report quality performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Perform root cause analysis for identified issues, contributing to corrective and preventive actions.
  • Provide process / refresher training to SDRs where required
  • Participate in quality calibration sessions with internal and external stakeholders
