Purpose Statement Promote company products through education of current & potential customers and implant within a defined region by providing clinical education for routine issues.

Responsible for the day-to-day field execution and management of Boston Scientific clinical trials at selected clinical trial centers.

What We are Looking For Field Clinical Specialist is responsible for providing technical-clinical coverage, attending procedures at hospitals and providing support to the medical team.

1 year of experience as a Field Clinical Specialist-Medical Devices Recently Graduated can apply. Biomedical Engineering or similar. Responsible for the development & adoption of our therapies. Customer Development – Portfolio presentation to his/her doctors. Ease of travel at least the 50% of the time.

COMPETENCES:
Strong communication. Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude Creativity: Innovative sales ideas to grow revenue and profits. Planning / Drive for Results / Action Oriented Collaborative work.

NICE TO HAVE:
Knowledge of SALESFORCE CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Planning and Organization Plans, organizes, and prioritizes own daily work routine to meet established schedule with guidance from manager.

Receives general supervision. Makes recommendations which may be reviewed by manager. May exercise authority within limits. May seek guidance in resolving problems.
Business Relationships and Project Management Begins establishing and cultivating internal business relationships to facilitate completion of tasks. May participate in project teams.
Impact Participates in the completion of departmental projects and goals. Errors in judgment or failure to achieve results would normally require an expenditure of resources to rectify.
Engages with internal company and occasional external contacts. Uses discretion, diplomacy and tact in interactions.
